Return an item
How to return an item
- download the PDF file of our cancellation form here
- ensure your item is still in it's original, undamaged packaging
- ensure the item is unused
- package your item securely and add the completed form to the box
- post the package to either our german or austrian address
- once we have received and checked the returned item(s) we will process your refund
If you would lik to return a bike, we are happy to arrange courier pick up for you. However, please note that you will be charged €250 / CHF 250 for the pick up service.
