What condition are the used bikes?
All bikes are thoroughly checked by our mechanics in house and repairs made where needed. All bikes are safe to ride they are completely
Do the used bikes have scratches or similar?
Some of our refurbished bikes show the usual wear and tear, some however are like new.
Do I have warranty on a used by?
Warranty for used bikes is six months and excludes wear and tear components.
What accessories do I get with a used bike?
Your used bike is delivery with a key for the battery and a charger.
Do used e-bikes have the latest software update?
Yes, we install the latest software when we service the bikes.
What condition is the battery in when I buy a used bike?
Just like all batteries, e-bike batteries loose some of their capacity over time, all batteries are however within the suggested manufacturer range of performance.
Yes! If you want to pick up your order in our store in Kufstein, choose "Pick up in store" in the checkout. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
