Buying assistance - so you will find the right e-bike

How to find the right size for your e-bike:

To measure your step height to determine the correct size of your bike:

It's best to put on the cycling gear you wear when riding your bike and putting on your shoes, or when the pants are wide, you may also want to take off your pants.

If you have a spirit level, pin it in your crotch between your legs. The upper edge of the spirit level should be parallel to the floor. Now measure the distance from the top of the spirit level to the ground as accurately as possible. So you get the right step height or stride length as you say. On average, this is between 65 and 95 cm in adult humans.

To calculate the frame height:

Examples for calculation:

Mountainbike

The step height x 0.266 = theoretical value of the frame height in inches.
1 inch = 2,54 cm

26 "and 29" inch MTBs are calculated using the same formula.

Trekkingbike

The step height x 0.66 = theoretical value of the frame height in cm.
The step height x 0.259 = theoretical frame height in inches.

1 inch = 2,54 cm
