We at are an experienced service center and also make guarantee procedures quick and unbureaucratic - not just for our customers! If an item purchased by us is defective or is damaged within the warranty period, we ask you to lodge a complaint with us.

You can contact us either by phone or by e-mail. If it is possible, it is very helpful for us to get a picture of the damaged article or an exact error description as well as, where available, the serial number in advance by e-mail at Then we will get back to you as soon as possible.
