Corona prevention - this is how we work now!

Dear customer,

drastic times call for drastic measures. In order to keep our operations as smoothly and seemlessly for you and to minimize the risk of virulence, we have allowed certain employees to work remotely from home, while keeping our stores adequately staffed.

Employees who absolutely must be on site will adhere to the recommended preventive measures of the WHO (World Health Organization).

This enables us to maintain the accurate processing of your orders as well as our fast delivery times. But keep in mind that we are dependent on the maintenance of our shipping partners delivery times. Likewise, deliveries of non-essential products to the Austrian quarantine zones are currently not possible. You have to be prepared for longer waiting times for deliveries to Italy.

Pick-ups at our locations will probably not be possible until March 27th, 2020.

The federal governments of Germany and Austria reevaluate the current situation on a daily basis. Accordingly, changes can occur at any time, which we will of course inform you about immediately.

We sincerely hope that we can get through these difficult times together and recommend that your employer / company also carry out these or similar preventive measures.
