The new Trek E Bikes bring innovation combined with already proven components!
The new 2019 Powerfly E-Mountainbikes from Trek bring much innovation and improvements. Trek Powerfly´s frameconcept has been with this modells further optimized and improved but the biggest innovation is certainly the new battery Bosch PowerTube 500, combinet with Bosch Performance CX motor. The semi-integrated battery concept implemented last year is now being replaced in some Trek Powerfly e-bike models with the new Bosch PowerTube solution, which is integrated but also completely removable (RIB system - removable integrated battery).
A new down tube has been developed for this battery, which can now contain the new Bosch PowerTube 500 battery, this makes this E Mountainbikes visually cleaner.
Trek thinks different compared to most other manufacturers and has inserted the battery in the down tube sideways. The battery consists of a single part and is taken out from the non-drive side. The battery is easily removable: the battery is released by the key, so that the battery cannot fall out under any circumstances. The new frames now also have space for a big bottle, thanks to the mounting of a bottle cage in the frame triangle.

Trek offers five different versions of the Powerfly e-mountainbikes. The majority of the bikes have the already proven Alpha Platinum aluminum frame, while the top Powerfly 2019 models bring for the first time a high quality and lightweight carbon frame.
Powerfly Long Travel E-Mountainbikes 2019
With the model year 2019, Trek has expanded its product range for Long Travel models. With a suspension travel of 150 mm, these e-mountain bikes are even suitable for demanding tours in steep and rough terrain. Among the new e-mountainbikes there are also top models with carbon frames, which of course are equipped with the new battery concept. Trek has developed five new models in the Long Travel E-Bike 2019 series with extra-long travel.
Powerfly LT 9.9
The new Powerfly LT 9.9 is a first class e-bike, thanks to the full integration of the battery and high quality components such as the light carbon frame. Powerfly Sport
Trek launches a Powerfly e-mountain bike for the first time in model year 2019, which is fully equipped with everything that makes this e-bike an all-round E bike: the model Powerfly Sport. The technical characteristics and the frame geometry are the same as those of the classic Powerfly E Bikes. Powerfly 4 WSD for ladies
A beautiful design, women-specific geometry and beautiful, timeless colors. The new e-bike hardtail models for women are simply inspiring! Trek has massively expanded the range of women's e-bikes in 2019, with Trek being one of the few manufacturers to generally produce women's models. In particular, the Powerfly 4 has a very good price-quality relationship and an even more unique ergonomics, which with the slightly shorter top tube and the curved entry make this e-bike very interesting. In addition, the small wheel size (14.5 "and 15.5" bikes are equipped with 27.5 "tires, the remaining sizes with 29") is also an advantage for smaller riders due to the lower entry height.
